The Sunshine E-Mailing is sent out by the 10th of each month to notify subscribers that certain Banking Board meeting items are now available for viewing on the Banking website. The items are:
- the current Banking Board Agenda
- the previous month's Banking Board Bulletin
- Rule Hearing Notice (when applicable)
Additionally, a mailing is sent out whenever a Use of Name request is submitted to the Division. The public is given fourteen (14) calendar days in which to submit questions, comments, or objections.
If you would like to automatically receive the Sunshine E-Mailing, please send an email to Charles Siler; when using that link "Sunshine List" will appear in the subject line. Once your name has been added to the mailing list you will receive a confirmation email. Please add the sender's email address to your computer's Safe e-mail list, and if you have not received the Sunshine email by the 10th of the month please check your Trash/Spam folders.
